Grad Knight 2013

TEXTBOOK WINDOW

 The textbook window is closed during class time, with the following exceptions;  1) new students, 2) students checking out, from school  3) teacher appointments.

Book Fines

There is a 20 cent fine for each school day that a library book is overdue.  Fines must be cleared before additional books can be checked out.

Library Hours

The library is open from 7:00  to 3:15 M-Th and 7:00 - 3:00 on Fridays.

Visiting the Library

No pass is needed for visiting the library before school, during breaks, and after school.

An official school area pass must accompany any student coming to the library during class time. Valid passes must be signed by a classroom teacher (sorry, no substitutes).

Computer Usage

There are several computers available in the library for student use to assist with research or completing assignments. Two great resources are Britannica Online (online encyclopedia) and Gale (online magazine/newspaper search engine). For information on how to access them, please see library staff.

The library computers are for official school work only. They are not for chatting or playing online games.

Printing and copying are available for $0.15/page.

 Library books can be checked out for three weeks and renewed for an additional three weeks.
